I will not rent anywhere else! I’ve been shown so much compassion and consideration when I was in a hard situation that doesn’t usually happen for people down on their luck. The property manager has been so patient with me, and willing to work with me long enough that I was able to actually pull myself back up, and not lose everything I own while being down. It’s too bad there aren’t more people like YOU Chaneesa! Thank you, you really are the best! The property is very well kept, always clean, fully operational, and the unit sizes are actually what they are claimed to be, UNLIKE MOST STORAGE PLACES!! Prices are reasonable and we’ll worth every penny!

Easy online transaction. Plus if you need personal assistance with your reservation, employees Noeh and Shanizza are top notch! I've used other storage places, they're alright too, but this branch takes the cake.

Bring your own locks, just in case, if you're getting a space on the weekends or after office hours. Called customer service, was guided to multiple empty rooms, all missing locks. No cameras. Canceled the same day. Heartbreaking considering their prices are pretty amazing. They were quick to help with closure of my account and refunding though. Overall, great idea and concept, just sad that some folks ruin it for others.
