I had an amazing experience at this storage facility, The employees were very helpful Throughout the whole process, They answered all my questions , explain the advantages of the extra space app and The advantages to prepay. Overall the process ran smoothly. I highly recommend extra space for any storage needs you may have. Staff made everything run smoothly. Nick was very knowledgeable. And answered all my questions. Both Victor and Hector were great as well. Thank you ??

Jeez well i was promised a $25 credit on move-in because the elevator nearest my unit was broken. Never got the credit. Had trouble accessing my unit because there’s homeless regularly hanging out in the halls. Then my rate literally DOUBLED in the month of may, with no explanation. What a bunch of lazy crooks. With the amount you’re gonna pay for space, you might as well just rent a bigger place to live.
