I recently experienced exceptional customer service from Joe Linares, a truly outstanding manager at this location. Not only is he a skilled professional, but he also genuinely cares about the people he serves. On a Sunday, when the office was closed, I found myself in a predicament with my hired movers. They had not received the keys to my unit, and I feared they would have to break the locks.Joe was aware of this but he had to be onsite open the unit. I reached out to Joe, who promptly called me back despite being on his well-deserved day off. He took the initiative to update me on the movers’ status, showing remarkable empathy and dedication to ensuring my needs were met. He told me he called me back right away because he knows how it feels to be in my shoes, not knowing where people are, if they are still coming to move stuff and if someone can help fill in the gaps. His kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable, and it’s rare to encounter individuals like Joe who genuinely prioritize the customer experience.

Moving is stressful but Extra Space Storage in HB made storing my home goods a breeze. The process was easy and there were no hidden fees. My options were discussed in advance and I was able to get a unit immediately. My items were kept safe and staff helped me with move out date to keep from an unnecessary charge into the next month. I recommend and would use this location in the future.
