I moved from an extra space storage just down the street because the prices got jacked up. This place is new so they have cheap prices to lure you in. Takes a six digit code that you don't get to choose to go in the gate. It takes a six digit code to go in the door every time you go in the door. It takes a six digit code again to get on the elevator every time you take the elevator. It takes a six digit code every time you exit. It's ridiculous. I'm running a 5x10 and I'm lucky if it's four and a half by inside.. that kind of sums it up. It isn't what you get out of the deal or what you want. It's how they want to run the place it takes them five feet by 10 ft to give you a 4-ft place they'll charge you for 5 ft. They want to secure they make life hell every time you want to go in and out. Re: Your response. Thank you for responding. I have said what I have to say. I don't need to hear excuses, apologies or rationale. You now know what the situation is. You can do something about it or not. It is up to you. It is how you want to run your business. How customers view it and respond to it, is up to us. I just know this is NOT user friendly - or necessary.
