Needed extra storage for a few months. Used Extra Space Storage. The units were brand new, it was clean inside and everything (lights, Elevators, trolleys) all worked. It was quick and easy to move in. After a few months I decided to end my monthly rental. I emptied my unit and contacted the front office. They checked the unit was empty and sent me an email confirming the end of my contract. All simple, all easy. If I need storage in the future I will be back. Thank You.

This is my first experience using a storage and I couldn't feel more secure and relieved to have my belongings at Extra Space Storage. Ivan is really a pleasure to converse with. Great facility, it’s nice and clean. I just don’t respect the fact that your units price can change whenever they like. For someone in the military to rent a unit for $50 a month then go on deployment and get an email saying you have to pay $100 now, and with no way of moving your things out to somewhere else, not cool.
