Did get my storage online and Joe texted me right after signing the agreement. He welcomed me and it is very convenient because the lock is already inside my unit when i get there to store my stuff. The whole place is really clean and safe. Prices are reasonable and fairly cheaper compared to others. Might upgrade to bigger unit soon.

Great location. Very clean and new. Great customer service. They took the time to walk me around. Show me the spaces. I felt very welcomed. I chose this location because it was not only close but for the people that work there made me feel wanted and I felt it’s a safe place as well

Ivan IS the BEST DUDE!! He's the store manager. I had some pretty bad experiences with other companies and locations. Ivan treated us with respect & courtesy! He listened, got us EXACTLY what we needed, without up-selling, and MADE OUR DAY! And he got us going quickly, as we were on a time crunch. Extra Space Storage is MOST EXCELLENT!!!

Great experience! Ivan is super helpful and friendly. The location, facility, and layout are top notch. Not to mention, they had the best price around in a 20 mile radius, maybe even further but didn’t research that far. All indoor, cool temps inside, and everything looks brand new. Carts are always ready each visit I’ve made, and you can use both cyclinder and disc locks. Highly recommend.
