Probably the best Extra Space Storage location! Everything is clean, convenient, and easily accessible. Bill, the facility manager, is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. He truly makes the experience so much better. **Avoid this Extra Space Storage on Tesla at all costs!** After just six months of renting here, they literally doubled my rent. When I originally signed my lease, I was explicitly told by management that any future rent bump wouldn’t exceed 25%. Instead, they hit me with a 100% increase out of nowhere. These deceptive business practices prey on unwitting customers. They lure you in with a decent rate, wait until you're fully moved in, and then jack up the price, betting that you won't want to deal with the physical hassle of moving your belongings out. They are intentionally forcing people to move to pad their bottom line. Fortunately, I didn't let them get away with it. I easily found a comparable unit just a short distance away for the exact same money I was originally paying. When I brought up the outrageous increase to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It is completely obvious that they deal with this exact kind of angry turnover every single day and simply do not care about their tenants. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the inevitable move—take your business elsewhere!
