Thank U for helping save all our memories & heirlooms. These are priceless and without the another level of professionalism and amazing customer service from Bill (the manager) …….. our family history would have been done and destroyed forever. Can’t have the words to say thank you and how much this has impacted our family and future generations of our family. You deserve a promotion and raise - please if corporate cares about retaining AMAZING employees that are once in a lifetime! He does more than any other storage manager we have ever dealt with from other storage companies and other locations of the same company. We have too many storage units unfortunately with deaths that come with life.
