In my opinion, personal safety is at risk with this specific facility as of my visit in May 2026. There are no cameras covering the hallways as confirmed by the agent onsite. I asked again and he confirmed, no cameras watching the hallways where the storage units are. I find this particularly disturbing as the extra space website lists this site as Extra Secure saying quote: “WE’RE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, YOU SHOULD EXPECT EXTRA! Security EXTRA SECURITY IN EVERY CORNER Your peace of mind is our priority. That’s why we’ve built extra security into every corner, from 24/7 surveillance and motion sensors to secure access gates and well-lit facilities.” That is an incredibly dishonest statement to make when there are no security cameras watching the hallways. There are other security vulnerabilities to address, but personal safety is non-negotiable for me so I’ll keep looking elsewhere.

Nice location and staff, but gate and access system goes offline often on Sundays. No way to reach anyone except sales outside of office hours. Checked back five times on Sunday to see if the gate was working again. Lots of frustrated people. Really terrible for people who had rented a U-Haul for the day or urgently needed something from a unit.
