I had a wonderful experience with Morteza at the Extra Space Storage Marine Way location. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was previously a customer at Public Storage and was not initially sure about moving my storage to a different company. However, Morteza took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and help me find the right unit for my needs. His knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service ultimately convinced me to move from Public Storage to Extra Space Storage. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Morteza was respectful, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with my decision. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This storage facility is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of different sizes and specifications to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. My English isn't very good, but the staff were all extremely warm, patient, and detail-oriented. A special thank you to Mr. MO for his help, and the store manager was also very warm and welcoming.
