Nice location and staff, but gate and access system goes offline often on Sundays. No way to reach anyone except sales outside of office hours. Checked back five times on Sunday to see if the gate was working again. Lots of frustrated people. Really terrible for people who had rented a U-Haul for the day or urgently needed something from a unit.

This location on Marine Way is brand new. Teddi made my Extra Space Storage rental experience a pleasant one. She is professional, friendly, and patient. There were some small issues that she quickly fixed such as a missing lock and the gate code not working. I figured that since this location just opened, these minor things will eventually be resolved over time.
