This is the best customer service I’ve ever received and I knew it as soon as I walked through the door. Ally has been the best representative I’ve ever been helped by. She’s so professional, she explains everything extremely well and she is extremely nice. I was so shocked at how great her level of customer service is because people don’t treat you that great anymore anywhere. If I was a big corporate business person, I’d snatch her in a hot second and she’d be worth paying extra and having in a high position. I really hope she’s appreciated with extra storage because she is the reason why I even feel like leaving a review. The facility is clean, no homeless people walking around, I feel safe and there’s someone always available during the office hours. Best storage experience and prices. I highly recommend this storage facility and ask for Ally.

Really good experience, great customer svc my representative was Dominique she knew the product very well it was raining and a little cold but she showed me three different units with a smile on her face the price was great as well . based on my first impression the property looks and feels well maintained the hours of access are great . I would recommend this location to family and friends if ever the need arises James

The staff was extremely friendly and made the process very easy. The facility is clean, secure and is close to the freeway on ramp. We compared storage prices in Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula and the rates at this location for the size unit we were looking for were the best prices by far! It wasn't even close. Great online specials.
