Brand new to this location, but repeat customer to Extra Space Storage. I started the renting process online, then had questions, so ended up finishing up by phone. Your representative was super nice, patient with my situation, and had great customer service. I believe her name was Nicole. I signed the lease for a same day start. It was great being able to get access to the facility without having to physically meet with a employee, due to our arrival time. We finally arrived shortly before gate closing hours, but the unit was clean when we got there. We were also very happy that there was a restroom available to use. That was a plus. It has only been 3 days since I leased, but so far my experience has been great, two thumbs up.
