I highly recommend Extra Space Storage I'm really happy with my experience, the manager Freda is very helpful, and so easy to talk with, you can tell she truly cares about people . I, like many of us have needed to rent a unit for various reasons over the years, I've preferred small Mom & Pop businesses because they were more personable. I don't feel like a number at Extra Space, from the moment I called for information, the customer service has been phenomenal.

If there’s an angel in the storage and transportation business, I’ve met her. Her name is Ms. Freda. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the facility only to become lost at the end of my journey. I had 7 minutes left to get to the office before closing. I frantically called a cool, calm and collected Ms. Freda who gave me directions and told me, “Don’t worry, take your time.” I soon arrived and was met by a warm and reassuring smile. It was pure relief from a stressful day, especially in Southern California traffic. Ms. Freda, who stayed past closing time, processed my paperwork and got me squared away. As she was leaving, she noticed that I was struggling with the gate code. She could have easily drove off. But she didn’t. Ms. Freda stopped her car and asked if I was ok. She then left after ensuring that all was well. This type of professionalism and compassion is lost in this society. But if you want to experience that professionalism and the carisma of Ms. Freda, come on down to Extra Storage and let Ms. Freda get you squared away. Thank you Ms. Freda.

Freda was very helpful in getting the storage for our daughter having her understand the contract showing us around the facility she is an excellent store manager wish there were more people out there that are as helpful as her. I believe she deserves a raise. Thanks again Freda for all your help.
