I have had an excellent experience here at the Loomis Extra Space Storage!! Karla has been absolutely amazing!! I had one storage here already but then in December when My Wonderful Grandmother went home to heaven I needed another one. I didn’t want to have to worry about looking and my Nan and I were so very pleased with the Storage Facility and the staff here I didn’t even consider looking for a second storage else where. I’m So glad I picked here Karla has went above and beyond the call of duty so many times listening to me breakdown about my Nan. She has helped guide me and I could never thank her enough for her support, kindness and by far the most impressed I have been by anyone in customer service. This facility gets a 5 plus stars from me and I will never forget how kind and caring Karla was when no one else seemed to care in the world. Thank You Karla you Rock!!! Bertram

I have had the pleasure of working with Karla on several occasions. Her expert knowledge and friendly disposition makes each encounter enjoyable. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have such a great person working for them. As for the conditioned storage units, they have always been very clean and well maintained. I have used them several times to store heat sensitive items with excellent results.

Clean unit, Karla was a great manager, auto billing made is easy, easy codes to remember but also unique, , and safe place. The rental process was easy online. After lots of rain there was no water in my drive up unit.
