No transparency. I bought out a couple of months ago. That’s not what we agreed to!! Even the web rates are still showing the same prices in the $200s for the one we bought. Have had many storages over the years and never had something like this $100 increase is crazy and only been there a couple months. I will be contacting the district attorney and also the California department of consumer affairs.the web prices are still showing in the $200s! Should we move out and move back in at the rate you’re showing online. It says nothing about a temporary promotional rate nobody told us in the office it would go up $100 increase a couple of months. Update 7/2026: just paid my rent for August and they raised it AGAIN starting in September no heads up another $100!!?? Stay away from big corps this corporation at all costs support local businesses!! We will be looking to move out. We should have kept our storage where it was and just drove further at least the price stayed the same for many years and cheaper this place is a joke!! Wish we never moved here!! We are looking to be somewhere long term for years and we cannot trust this place clearly this will not be it. Bunch of CROOKS run this company but that’s big corp for ya. disgusting preying on people knowing it’s a lot of work to move and hoping they’ll just take the constant price increases. Not playing these games anymore with this company. We haven’t even had our stuff year for a year it will be a year in November and already keep pulling this stuff constantly with us. Carla did get it handled stopped this second increase until the next time they do it which will be in a few months. Yeah we won’t be staying.
