Jessica was great. She listened to me rant and my stories that she was patient and very helpful. I went into swap units for a smaller one. She was able to help me do that she gave me a tour and was able to grab me access today overall great experience!

I always use extra space storage. I have rented in numerous locations and all different types of units. The staff always have been very friendly and helpful. Clay and his team at this facility has gone above and beyond all other facilities I have rented from over the years. Clay was very helpful during my relocation move. He was flexible with me paying my storage fees and very supportive with the setbacks I encountered during the relocation process. He always had solutions to help me during the very stressful times of moving. I highly recommend him and his staff for any storage needs.

Clay at the front desk helped my mom and I get my brother a unit set up. He was very patient with us and helped get us into a clean unit on the main floor so we didnt have to climb any stairs.
