Was in the parking lot for about 20 minutes trying to complete my rental online, When this bald tattooed work comes up to my window and says, “You gotta to go this is private property I’m calling the cops“. No introduction, no asking if I needed assistance with anything just straight disregarded customer service. Made me cancel my rental and went down the street to rent my unit.
