My husband and I were looking for a storage we live near this location so we decided to take a look. Susie was incredibly helpful and helping us find the right size storage. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that the storage place looked very clean and the staff was really professional. I would definitely recommend.

I rented a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit for 12 years from this Extra Space in West Hollywood. My experience was impeccable. The product offered is the best in the business. The buildings are perfectly maintained and beautifully designed, with easily maneuverable driveways, and wide/high hallways and doors to get to the unit. The grounds are well kept. The indoors are dirt free, as clean as a hospital. No pests, rodents, or insects at all. The temperature and humidity is perfect all the time. Susie and Jose are wonderful people, with whom I developed a friendly relationship. They sent me helpful reminders for rent, which saved me a ton of money not having to pay late fees. And they were empathetic with me when I had an emergency, and gave me some short-term flexibility that really helped me during a crisis. I would definitely rent here again. A+. 10/10. 5-Stars. Flawless. My very highest recommendation!
