Super pleasant experience finalizing my rental with Jose over the phone. Spoke to Joseph to reserve the unit. He was calm, respectful and very helpful. We arrived fairly close to closing, Jasmine was very nice to Lee and understood the situation. Since Lee is blind, he needed other assistance to get his items into the unit. Jasmine was cordial and sat Lee down while his friends loaded the space. Thanks for the great service!
