The customer service here is truly delightful, each person I have interacted with has been so pleasant and helpful. Upon setting up my Bluetooth, Jose was extremely patient and really kind…he laughed at all my jokes and just had a very kind, understanding attitude. The entire process was really quick as well! I feel bad, I don’t remember the lovely person who checked me in, you know who you are. Thank you for being so helpful and kind!

I've had my belonging at the storage space since 1997 and now it's 2024. The price has gone way up and it was really hard to pay on a retired teacher's budget, so they have helped me out so I can stay there otherwise, it would have ruined me. Jasmine has been working with me and she's always so nice and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. If the price stays as is I can stay which is a big relief. Thank you. Vicki M.
