Alejandra, the assistant manager at this location made my experience feel personal and welcoming. I had rented a small unit online the night before my arrival. When I walked in, she already knew who I was and had my unit ready for me! She grabbed my lock for me, helped me open the package and walked me to my unit. When I saw the unit I realized that it would be difficult for me to access my belongings due to it being top unit in a stacked setting and I am early in pregnancy. She so kindly and happily searched around the facility for a floor level unit for me to occupy instead, and we had the cutest conversation about pregnancy that had me feeling so happy. She waived the transfer fee in the system for me since I hadn’t actually moved into the original unit yet. All in all, she was 10/10 great and for my first experience renting a storage unit, I’d highly recommend working with Alejandra at this location! Thank you for your help Alejandra! ??

This has been a pleasant experience from my inquiry call, to viewing the rental unit and signing the lease. The phone rep Greg was courteous and informative. When I arrived at the facility, it was clean and secure. I was assisted by Alejandra while there and she showed me the units and went over all the details thoroughly which put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and was happy to move forward renting my unit.
