I had a locker for several months in this branch. It is great! Super clean, the staff was super helpful every time I needed and very efficient. They don’t require you to sign zillions of documents or make stuff hard, they are very straight to the point . Their app is also solid. I did some research about different brands before choosing extra space storage and I would definitely do business with them again. They had a great price and were transparent about their costs (beware that besides the monthly rent you also have to pay insurance and a one time fee for the lock and for setup). They allow you to prepay several months in advance so you can hold the promotional rate that you start with (you have to call to prepay several month though, but their call center is great as well). Of course, they will increase the price later on like every storage service, but they let you know well in advance plus they are transparent about it (the contract has an easy to understand clause specifying the maximum amount they may charge you).
