I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I truly appreciate Mia and Cole. Mia really went out of her way to help me, and I’m very grateful for her kindness and patience. She is such a wonderful employee. Today, I also had the pleasure of meeting Cole, and he was very kind and helpful to me as well. I had a really good experience with both of them.
