My company rents a unit here and I’m in charge of it and use it frequently. This extra space storage location goes out of their way to be accommodating and helpful to me. I know for a fact there are certain favors/above and beyond situations they make happen just out of kindness. It’s a very clean and safe facility. I’ve rented here over 3 years with no issues whatsoever. We even get pallets delivered to our unit and they will meet the driver outside and let him into our unit so I don’t have to be on site. I just recently rented out a second space at this location and would recommend this site if you’re in the area.

Valerie the store manager is unprofessional and rude and vindictive towards me. I see she chooses who to give fake customer to. Not another dime will be spent here. After February they don't hold there employees accountable for bad behavior. And it's unexceptible. And no I won't be reaching out to discuss anything. Leaving this storage unit

Let me start by saying I experienced poor customer service with a worker named Diego. His phone etiquette is horrible he was rude, passive, and condescending when I called to have my account noted. I ask to speak to another employee named Valerie and he was condescending about that as well. I don't tolerate disrespectful behavior nor bad customer service. I had several people who wanted to rent a unit but I will be telling them don't. And I will be checking my unit more often if anything is missing I have family in law enforcement and will file a report. I've been with extra space storage for years and the customer service has went down hill . I won't tolerate disrespectful behavior towards me or my family members with units here we will leave point blank period updated review . Valerie is unprofessional and passive aggressive and deliberately delayed a transaction while i told her I was at work. It was intentional. And it was a hostile exchange towards me. Never trust a person that's vindictive . Something is most definitely wrong. And the review that so called 5 star review are completely fake I don't trust my personal belongings here after these actions. I'll be leaving i already will have my law enforcement relative checking my storage this week . Done
