Limit, one promotion per customer. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except for web rate pricing. Promotions are subject to change and availability. Promotions may not be available in-store. Promotions do not apply to taxes, insurance, administrative fees, or other fees. Promotions must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be applied to an existing rental, once rented. See Rental Agreement for additional details.

Half-Off and Free Rent Promotions

Only available at participating locations for selected units. “First Month Free,” “First Month Half Off,” “Second Month Free,” “Second Month Half Off” and other rent promotions do not apply to taxes, insurance, administrative fees, or other fees and may not be combined.

$50 Moving Truck Credit in New York City

Only available at participating locations for selected units. Extra Space will provide a $50.00 credit for customers that use a moving truck or moving service to move into the Extra Space facility. To redeem, customers must provide a valid receipt from the moving service to the store manager. Please see the store manager for additional details.

Size Disclaimer

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the advertised unit size. Rental amounts for a particular unit are not based on square footage measurements.
