I loved everything about it. Elevators and trollies/moving charts made my move in and out super easy. The climate control worked amazing as I had my designer furniture in there for over a year and everything is nice and smells great! The guy in the office named Omar was also just great, super helpful and friendly and made my check out so simple and fast.

I am so impressed with Bilal, the store manager. He patiently answered all my questions and professionally guided me through the move-out process. My storage unit was in Milpitas. However, I am currently in Washington, and I hired movers to transport my items from the storage unit to Washington. Bilal was instrumental in helping it be a smooth transition. I telephoned him many times to ask him questions, and he consistently was very understanding and provided me with the information I needed. It could have been very stressful for me. Instead, it fortunately was very positive. I typically do not take the time to write a review about someone or a company, but Bilal provided such excellent customer service, I want to make sure he receives the recognition he deserves. Because of him, it was a smooth, easy experience!
