If there was a Storage Hall of Fame, Jay’s name would be in it! Listen… I’ve never been excited about renting a storage space — until I met Jay. This legend turned a boring adult errand into a full-blown VIP experience. I walked in stressed about boxes and walked out ready to run for president of the Extra Space fan club. The place is spotless, the vibes are immaculate and Jay somehow made me feel like storing my old belongings was a power move. He explained everything faster than my brain could process, had me signed up before my coffee even kicked in and somehow managed to make the paperless paperwork feel like a party. I swear if customer service had a hype meter, Jay broke it. Someone give him a cape, a crown and a lifetime supply of parking spots — he earned it. ?? 12/10 stars. My stuff’s safe, my soul’s happy and I might just start storing things for fun. ??

Friendly and helpful manager at this location. Units are clean and work well. Good lighting, location feels safe and convenient.

Jaren, the store manager, was awesome. He helped us switched from a smaller unit into a larger one in less then 5 mins. He gave us a call the morning when the unit was available online and we made the switch. He is always at the front desk and so easy to reach and just helps with about anything you can ask for. It’s nice to know that someone is always available some storage places have too much automation and it’s hard to find a real human, let alone a responsible one, to talk to for issues that may arise. We have never had any kind of problem here and are so happy it’s so close and convenient.

My girlfriend and I just got a place together and needed storage last minute. We got a spot and went in to drop off everything. There was a complication with the code I was given to get in. It was on a Sunday and no one was at the facility. I called for assistance and Jaren came all the way to help me. He came even though it was his kids birthday. Great guy and he really saved my day! 5 Stars! Jaren is awesome!

I went in looking for a 4x5 unit but they didn’t have any available, so I didn’t end up renting this time. However, Jaren’s customer service was excellent! He even took the time to check other storage locations for me, but unfortunately they didn’t fit my needs. Thanks to Jaren’s professionalism and helpful attitude, I’ll definitely come back in the future or recommend him to friends and family who are looking for storage.

She answered my long list of questions and went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was making the right decision to rent with ESS. I wanted to return next week to have my dad view a unit with me but I was so sad to hear today is Christa’s last day :( I have never experienced such amazing customer service from anyone before.
