This location has the best customer service The cleanest facility The nicest and most compassionate employees I’ve ever encountered at a storage facility. I would recommend to everyone this location. I drive out of my way just to stay at this facility. Tony and Kim are awesome !!! Absolutely amazing people

I've rented from Extra Storage during transistion period throughout the years. Mainly, due to affordability, security, dependable service. Currently, I had to rent two different units at the Moreno Valley location. On Perris Blvd. From the start of my leases it was easy to reserve, pay and lease the units. Iteverything was done on the app make the office visit a 5 minute stop. Units were large and clean as described the property iis maintained, and secured. The app allows you to view all assoiciate units (if you have multiples) and allows easy and secure payment, payment history and even receipt views. When ever i had inquires as it relates to adjustments, accommodation the staff is always informative and helpul. Especially, Kim who has a friendly happy demenor and happy to address any concerns or provide helpful tips and provide extrodanary customer service. If you owe a amall business or need long to short tenancy you can take great ease. Knowing that this is the best Storage in town. As i do have units at other establishment and I'm satisfied wiith the overall experience with Extra Storage. Small Businees/Residential tenant

Greetings all just wanted to post , Extra Space Storage is an excellent place to store your items , equipment etc. Kim at the front desk was very professional and very knowledgeable about the storage business.
