One of the better storage places I have used over the years. Definitely secure, and I appreciated the extended access hours, and it was pretty close to my new place. About 90% of the units are outside so they are all drive ups. Just be aware of this (its next to the freeway), and store accordingly (mice chew through boxes, black windows were encountered). This part was unexpected but not surprising considering it is outside. Yes some of my belongings in boxes were left unusable due to the mice droppings (thankfully, it was replaceable xmas decorations), but the majority of my things were in plastic bins which the creatures didnt get into (I checked). We were also careful going in and out knowing that a dangerous spider was spotted. This part would not deter me from renting here again. My unit was super easy to access and the Bluetooth feature on the app is awesome (don't have to get out to punch a code). The online rental was simple, and I was able to visit a location near my old place to sign off on a document, which was convenient and surprising. The few times I spoke to a representative, they were all so friendly and warm. Someone always answered the phone, and in person the gentleman was courteous and helpful (I am bad with names, I think it was John?). My usage of the unit was always meant to be temporary, and I stayed for about 8 months. I never felt unsafe coming at night alone, or at any time of day really. I would 100% recommend this location, and would go back if needed. A HUGE thank you to everyone at the Box Springs location, the environment there is a reflection of the staff and you all were greatly appreciated.

Moved to the area and needed to store some of my things , while I get settled in. They have alot of units with access from outside. Just pull right up and do your thing. No need to wheel things around hallways or whatever. Worth checking out. They even got gate access through the app, so you don't even got to exit your whip to open the gate!!!!
