Sheila was excellent managing my account and solving a problem with my online account that noone else i spoke to before cared or even tried helping me with. I had to deal with this problem for over a year, and it was very stressful. Sheila as an assistant manager had a friendly manner, and a willingness to help. She listened to me and what I needed, and found a solution in less than 10minutes!! I couldn't be more happy with her attention to my situation and the solution she provided. She is a star....I'd give her more than 5 stars if that was possible:) BIG THANKS, SHEILA. HAVE A HAPPY LIFE.

I’ve used this storage facility for 5 years (since the past owners built it) and I thought they were very nice, professional & accommodating. Now that this facility has been taken over by Extra Space Storage I’ve felt more secure that it will be managed by nice, friendly, accommodating professionals because I have previously used other facilities in the Orange County area and have found ALL Extra Space Storage employees to be the same. I would like to especially thank Sheyla B. & Will Chapman at the 3rd St., Riverside facility for being SO helpful & efficient with their advice to me when things seemed impossibly hopeless during my move. They’re just the best! I absolutely recommend!
