I went to get a quote and Ellyse was there. We arrived at 8:52am and she said they don’t open till 9am. Their website said they open at 8:30am. We decided to run a quick errand. We came back and asked for availability and she continued to have an ugly attitude. We explained we needed a small storage. She had asked about what exactly we were putting in storage. We said it was very small items. She said, ‘well I need to know.’ Very rude manner. We explained it was only two bikes and a tool box. She recommended a 10x15 for $268. We asked for smaller. She said, 10x10 for $200. We continued to ask for smaller and we finally got the smallest unit price. Now why in the world would we want a 10x15? For two bikes and a tool box. Girl bye! They will try to upsell and please don’t let someone like Ellyse tell u. Anyways, we went elsewhere and glad we did, after reading the reviews.

I have been with this location for over a year now. I did business with Lauren initially, she has moved on to bigger opportunities because of her work ethic with this company. I now want to compliment Julio. Julio has not once but assisted me when I need it the most not only his customer service but also his empathy the last time I was at the facility. Julio went out of his way to make sure I was secure and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this location; the best service and also well kept environment. Thank you Julio for making my experience at ease.
