Today is a GREAT DAY EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IS AMAZING !! So genuinely CARING AND SO VERY NICE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND I FEEL SO THANKFUL, going throw family problems and it just so comforting THANK YOU SO MUCH LAUREN IN THE STORE MANAGER AND BRAD WITH NSC VIA PHONE AS WELL. IF YOU NEED A STORAGE AND GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE COME HERE YALL . 2nd Experience was moving day ????? I had such a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! I spent about an hour and a half moving my things in, and I was really impressed with how clean, organized, and well-maintained everything was. I especially want to recognize Lauren, the front desk manager. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Customer service like hers really makes a difference, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have someone like Lauren representing them. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond! The only small issue I noticed was that the bathroom door was locked, but aside from that, everything was great. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location—especially because of the outstanding service from Lauren! ??
