I had a great experience with the customer service team member over the phone!!! The agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating especially during a time when I was in desperate need of storage. The facility itself is a bit older and unfortunately, the unit size wasn’t quite the right fit for my needs. However, I really appreciate that the property offers both an elevator and drive-up access. My unit is in the second floor, elevator is conveniently located near by. Overall, I would still recommend that his storage unit, do their excellent customer service and helpful staff!

The facility is great, however the fact that they can increase the fees whenever they decide to do it is not convenient and fair. The increase after 6 months was for 150%, I appreciate they offer a discount after I request clarification, but still a big increase. They prevent you 30 days before but still not a great deal. I need the storage and will keep it for now until I am able to move somewhere else. I recommend you to explore different companies and their terms before you sign for a six months promotion.
