I transfered my stuff into a smaller unit the other day, and had a positive experience. Nikki was very helpful. She's also funny : ) I've been using extra space units for about 6 years now. I've had great experiences with lots of complexes, or they would fix any issues I had with my units.

First of all, I would like to thank I believe her name is Miss Nikki she was absolutely wonderful. Secondly, not only did she show me different sizes that I requested to see, but she was very patient very efficient and explaining everything very nice and it made my process very smooth. I really appreciate that because I had driven almost 3 days across states to move back to Sacramento, California from Georgia and I just needed the process to be real smooth and she did all of that for me so I thank you guys very much.
