Nikki was amazing

Best price in town! Public storage raised our rent by over 150 dollars in less than 2 years. Extra Space charges less than 90 a month for a 10×20. We were paying 216 dollars a month for a 10×15.

Came in last minute. Carla came to help us quick. She was great, thorough, and helpful. You can tell she's experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping us!

I misunderstood the advertisement for the original rental of my storage space however they were so kind and sweet that they allowed me to upgrade at a very moderate price and I'm very grateful and I would like to say that Carla she's the bomb not illegally but the correct

Today was a sad day for me at the storage facility at 3045 Elkhorn Blvd. I’ve been at storage since June of last year and I haven’t had any issues but today was a sad day because there was a attempted break-in in my storage and Nikki, who I don’t have a problem with, but Put her on a level of great transparency did not reach out to me at all. I happened to show up to my storage today and found out that it was attempted break-in and I was just upset that nobody never tried to reach out to me to tell me that was going on and had I not showed up. I don’t know what could’ve happened. Nevertheless, you know I made a police report they made their report and they fixed the lock but it’s not really as secure as I want it to be And I’m only giving this review is because I want them to make sure that this never happens to nobody else again. At this point right now I don’t know how I feel you know because I didn’t feel like I was treated like a valued Customer. Until this day I never had a problem and so I’m feeling uneasy and I’m kind of not sure where I’m gonna go with this or how I’m gonna move forward but at the end of the day overall you know the facility is clean and you know they make sure that they take care of the grounds and different things like that, but she noticed that my lock was broken at nine or 10 o’clock in the morning and I got there and then that’s how I was able to find out. Without her even calling me and telling me she said I was on her to do list she was going to tell me, but she never told me so I’m just upset about it and I don’t know how anybody else would feel but this is how I feel and I wanna share my review of today on how I felt how I was not treated like a value customer And I’ll leave it there.
