Erik was an absolute delight. Clean and bright motion sensored lighting throughtout the whole facility.Several Dollies at customer disposal at every elevator lobby free of charge.

This facility is a GEM. We opted for the climate controlled units. The move in was a breeze (except for the ridiculous heat outside ??) and we left feeling confident our possessions are stored and protected properly and as advertised. The rate for this peace of mind is also affordable! I can’t remember his name, but the customer service guy was AMAZING. Oh, and I’m glad we bought a lock direct from Extra Space Storage! It is WAY more secure than any heavy duty padlock.

I must say Extra Space Storage in North Hollywood is awesome! The property is very clean, security on the premises makes me feel very safe. Moving my things from the car to the storage space is very easy they have elevators, dollies to move your things with I have no complaints Thank you Extra Space ????? ????????
