Both Ariana & Bill were great today as we signed up for a climate-controlled unit. Bill worked with to identify the correct space for our needs & walked us through the proces. The spaces we choose was clean & ready for move-in. Relatively new at the job, Bill was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. . Ariana worked with us to provide available discounts to keep the price reasonable. Very satisfied with the experience.
