I’ve been using this storage facility for almost a year now, and every experience has been a positive one. The staff is always kind, but Serena in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. She has consistently been helpful, patient, and welcoming, and her calm, positive energy really stands out. While I don’t need assistance very often, it’s always a pleasure whenever I do. The customer service has been consistently excellent, and it’s clear the staff truly cares about providing a great experience. On top of that, the facility is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location!
