From the 605 northbound-take the Beverly Boulevard exit. Follow the road around making a right onto Beverly Blvd. heading west. Follow Beverly Blvd. to Manning Road - turn left - Extra Space Storage is located on the right hand side (parking/office area). Our address is 9612 Beverly Boulevard (parking/office area is located off of Manning Road). If you pass Pico Park on the left side you have gone too far.
