I’ve only been in here (Redlands location) a day now so I can only review the customer service which was impeccable!!! Allie was very kind and patient as I was a bit unsure. She walked me through everything and didn’t rush me into signing on. The prices are a bit higher than most places but I’m a true believer in you get what you pay for and the premises are very clean, plus they’re one of very few that has longer access times. If everything else is as good as the CS was then I’m sure my time here will be a pleasant one.

Well if you seen the toco bell camershal years ago with the chiwawas dogs "I THINK I NEED A BIGER BOX.. WELL no one filled up u-haul and now my storage is to small. But that's okay..I thought they were gonna kick me out for being in there to long .they didn't nice people too realy nice...

Paul at the Redlands location is super helpful and thorough! We signed up for the space via online and I accidentally put the wrong email for our lease and he made sure we were good to go before we ended our call. Thank you and so impressed with the customer service! I would highly recommend.

I got the last space and got a great move in deal too! The size was a little bigger than I needed, but the price was so good it didn't matter. Easy access and very clean and organized! I'd recommend it to anyone.

I’m so glad that we called Extra Space storage first! The space is very clean and the manager, Paul, is very personable, patient and nice. We probably only need storage for about six weeks and Extra Space has made it very simple for that to happen! Yay!
