Express sevice, all the paperwork was done online. Storage was on standby, clean and ready to use. Staff checked in with the client to make sure everything is ok.

Fast, secure, organized. Customer service (over the phone) very helpful. App is good, I liked that I could access the spot early in the AM and later into the evening—many of the other spots don’t let you in past office hours. Didn’t have to go into the store area for anything, just rented when I got up first thing in the morning and went straight there (before office opening). I got in with the code and was able to access the space with the instructions and the keys already set and ready for me. The lights on in the night are great for early and later access/drop offs. Great deal!
