I’ve always had a rough go around with storage facilities. EXTRA SPACE especially this location, have been the exception to my negative thinking. Every single one of the staff here have been nothing but accommodating and welcoming. I’d consider EXTRA SPACE in the future and only EXTRA SPACE!!! Thanks to everyone at the GAULT location. I recently opened a storage unit at Extra Space in Reseda and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eduard Y and Alfredo. These guys are truly amazing! I initially made an online reservation about two months ago, and even though I kept postponing my move, they were incredibly patient and stayed in touch to ensure I still needed the unit. When I was finally ready, they gave me the best online price available. I visited the facility several times to check on supplies and confirm the unit size, and they were always so welcoming. The place is spotless, and I feel safe every time I visit. I highly recommend this location—be sure to ask for Eduard Y and Alfredo for top-notch service and a warm welcome!

Very nice employees at this location on Gualt, the employees Alfredo and Francisco temporarily working on Canby are great but whoever is at Woodley is rude and has a condescending attitude
