I've been a customer of Extra Space Storage in Plano, TX (in Dallas) and was very pleased with the staff (in particular Kary - facility was always clean and climate was always comfortable) and now in California I have found that this facility and their staff are very helpful and courteous as well (facility is also very clean and climate is comfortable).
