I was originally intent on getting a unit through StorQuest, but I randomly decided to give a quick call to Extra Space Storage just to see their rates. Well, I spoke to a gentleman named Epitacio and he was incredible, oh my goodness. He was thorough, concise, and ESPECIALLY personable. He was so so professional and handled the process seamlessly in such a refreshing way that I made the decision to buy a unit with Extra Space instead of StorQuest. Extra Space Storage honestly does have very good rates and their staff are genuine people who can and will ensure you are taken care of. While there are many other alternatives, Extra Space is positively the best for those, like myself, uninitiated with the whole somewhat daunting process of purchasing a storage unit. I cannot stress enough just how professional and helpful Epitacio was. In all my time spent throughout the tough corporate world, I have never met anyone as caring and knowledgeable as this gentleman. Ultimately, his work-ethic and overall demeanor were the sole reason I decided to get a unit with Extra Space. I have no regrets and you won’t either. It was so easy and nowhere near as expensive as I thought it’d be :D P.S. give my man Epitacio a raise please. I can confidently say he deserves it with how hard he works.
