Very clean space. Loved that it's climate controlled! App easy to use to open gate, doors, and elevators. Dalan was super helpful from helping me make the reservation over the phone to walking us to our storage unit to show us exactly how to get there. Would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage facility in Riverside.

Dallen is thing of beauty. English is not my first language, and my parents come from different ethnic background, but that didn't deter Dallen from cracking jokes and making them laugh and comfortable to the point they were wondering when they can come back next time to see Dallen again. 1 year ago, I couldn't find a place to fit all of my stuff, so I had to use this storage, I want to thank Dallen and Julio for making that process smooth and easy. They were like crutch to me when I was down, Thank you!
