I am very impressed with Tonya at the Foothills location. I received a notice today , informing me that my space rental would be going up $100 as of 8/01. I made a call to Extra Space and spoke with Tonya about my concern. She assured me she would put in a request or make a call….well what she did was make a little magic happen! What was going to be an unaffordable rate ended up being a very reasonable increase that fits in to my budget. She was professional, personable, and very effective at solving the problem. All of that happened within 20 minutes of my initial phone call.??Very pleased with the experience. Thank you Tonya!

This is the first time I needed to rent storage space. Amazing customer service. The manager Tania is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She answered every single one of my questions and truly made me feel like a valued customer. Tania is great! Just got my unit here and went by to check it out before moving stuff in next weekend. Tania tirelessly helped me out with picking and choosing the correct unit size, location within the lot, and door/access options for what I’m looking to store.
