Very polite and helpful in what I was looking for in a storage unit. Took care of me over the phone. The storage unit was clean and in a perfect area. Price of the unit is perfect for my price range. I did pay for the full year in advance if you can afford it it is the best way to go. I would recommend Extra storage.

I was so worried because I was billed several times in a row on accident (internet problems) and I called and Yesenia was incredible––she fixed the problem immediately and was so kind about it, too. I never expected to love a customer service rep at my storage unit so much!
