Have used this place for over 50 yrs was always a great business but this last time the space was rat and mice infested always raising the rent and after having this unit for close to 10yrs this time I emptied my unit 2 days after the start of a month ask about a pro rate instead of losing a full 600 dollars . I called and was told the District Manager said no refund no pro rate no refund . Mind you I had been there 10 yrs now . What customer service and taking care of long time clients . People if you want everything you own ruined with rat crap and urine and want to continually come up with more money to cover their regular raising of your rent then by all means rent here . The District Manager should be fired I will never again rent a space here and hope someone in a position above the District Manager reads this and does some adjustments on their personal. Like I said rat crap urine and constantly raising the rent . I was a loyal customer for over 45 yrs . Never again and the health dept. Should do a inspection of the filthy rat infested units .
