From I-5 South- exit Florin Road East. Go 1 mile East onto Florin Rd. Go down Florin Rd through two stoplights. You will pass us on the left hand side. At the next light, next to the Arco, make a U - Turn and about half a block down you can pull into our parking lot. We are right across from the CVS at the corner of Florin Rd and Freeport Blvd
Directions from the South
From I-5 North- exit Florin Road East. Follow the right hand curve onto Florin Rd. Take Florin Rd about a mile down. You will pass us on your left hand side. Continue to the next stop light next to Arco. Make a U-Turn and in about half a block, you can pull into our parking lot. We are directly across from the CVS at the corner of Florin Rd and Freeport Blvd.
Directions from the East
If you are coming from the east, Take Highway 99 to Florin Rd West. Follow Florin Rd heading west like you're driving to I-5. You will pass over Franklin Blvd, passing the 99 Ranch parking lot. Continue down Florin Rd. We will be on your right hand side just before Freeport Blvd. We are right across from the CVS.
Directions from the West
From the West you'll want to head down Florin Rd like you're headed toward Hwy 99. Just after Freeport Blvd, you will pass us on your left hand side. Continue to the next traffic light next to the Arco and make a U- Turn. About half a block back you will be able to pull into our parking lot.

Their price increases randomly, I started off paying 76$/mo for the smallest unit within 6months maybe I’m now paying over $100/mo. They do have a worker by the name of Raina ( hopefully I didn’t butcher it) she always goes above and beyond, great customer service, always have the biggest brightest smile, energy is always great. Love her!

Great place, easy to get access to the storage, the office host was amazing and helpful. It was a great experience, the prices were lower than other storages. I'm glad I went with this storage.
