First time renting/using a storage unit service. Booking online was easy and straightforward. When I went in to check-in, the 2 ladies at the desk were really friendly and welcoming. They gave me a tour of my tiny unit and how the service works. Definitely picked the right location to store my stuff. 10/10 would recommend. :)
