Sade at Extra Space Storage Folsom Blvd has literally been a lifesaver. Not only did she help set me up with my storage originally And provide me with a Kind and informative welcome. But she is also continues to assist me with Billing and payment questions and was able to answer them in detail And provide me with an excellent customer experience. Not only do I feel like my personal items are safe at ExtraSpace, but I also feel like I, as an individual am being looked after and cared for by Sade and the Extra Space Storage staff.

Sade was excellent. My first time ever renting a storage unit and she gave me all the information without over complicating things. Quick process. Walked in and out in less than 15 minutes. Also the facility was IMMACULATE. Definitely recommend!
