The absolute worst storage rental I have ever had in 30 years of renting storages no carts paid for a lot that wasn’t in the storage after you load a vehicle full of boxes the last thing you want to do is walk each box down to your storage so as soon as I can pack my stuff and be out of this one, I definitely will find a different when I hear the other extra space storage is very nice The Mgr of this Extra Space contacted me by noon the very next day. Apparently they can’t put the carts out due to theft, so she assured me yes, there is a cart over by the office. It was a misunderstanding about the lock. My first storage I had rented online so the directions were a little different. The pricing was better online I have to say, so yes, it wasn’t the happiest storage experience I ever had but I do have to say that the manager did her very best to accommodate my needs once she knew what they were and I appreciate that very much
