The assistant manager Emmy, at this storage facility consistently went above and beyond in every aspect of her role. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, strong leadership, and outstanding customer service by helping me and other tenants quickly resolve issues/questions, maintaining the property in excellent condition, and ensuring daily operations ran smoothly. Emmy’s attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to assist customers created a welcoming and organized environment. Whether she was handling difficult situations with patience or stepping in to support the tenants during busy times, she showed true dedication and reliability. I just rented a 20x10. It turns out it’s two 10x10 units. I wish this detail was on the website. The employee was very friendly in helping me and very understanding in my concerns about having to buy two locks. Because of the misunderstanding she sold me two locks for the price of one. Very much appreciated it.
