Not sure what kind of scam they are running but this place should not have 5 stars. First they are clearly buying reviews because I have never once seen a single staff member. What’s worse is I got a price hike after only being in this unit for 4 months, not a problem 10 dollars more a month sure whatever. They have the AUDACITY TO DOUBLE THE RATE. This is predatory at best and scam at worst knowing most people cannot just pick up and move whenever. I am warning you DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Extra storage as a great customer service. Miguel was very helpful and made my renting process a lot smoother. He answered all questions I had, and was very attentive. The unit I rented is 5x8. I just found a be unexpected and unnecessary having to buy a $10 lock when I already have one myself. The way it’s made it’s like, you can’t rent without our lockers. Other than that, it’s a good!
