Forgot the guys name, but he was very nice, walked over to show me how to use the lock, after he demonstrated, because I never had a lock to use before like that, and then, he let me do it myself just to make sure that I could do it myself. The place was very clean as well!, love it!

I've been storing my things at extra space storage in mission valley for 2 years now and they have been so helpful and accommodating, especially when i've had really rough months and couldn't pay on time due to a work injury. The employees that work there are always really nice, especially Miguel, his customer service was impeccable. He was very patient and was ready to help me get into my unit even though it was the end of his shift.
