December 2024. First time renting a storage unit, we were attracted by the low introductory pricing online. Joseph gave us a tour, explained the pricing, fully disclosing that the advertised monthly promo price would increase at the end of four months. He told us what the increase would be and gave us many options. We chose the option to prepay a full year at the promo price and are hoping we can sort through the contents before a full year ends. This deal gave us a 5’ x 10’ unit at way less than half what we were offered elsewhere. Bonus, our homeowners insurance policy covers this space at no additional cost. Nice place, honest sales reps and a great deal for the next twelve months. Thanks, Joseph!
