Be careful when renting a unit here. this place feels is a bait-and-switch. They advertise a very low price to attract customers, but just a few months later, my rent doubled. They also charge extremely high late fees if your payment is even a little late. The customer service is another major problem. The woman at the front desk speaks very little English, which makes communication difficult. On top of that, the staff are often rude and unprofessional. What frustrated me the most was that after I’d been renting for a few months, their attitude changed noticeably. Instead of treating long-term customers well, they became ruder and kept raising the price. It felt like they didn’t value loyal customers at all. I honestly regret renting here. If I could do it over again, I would choose any other storage facility. There are plenty of better options that actually value their customers!
