I recently was shopping for a new storage unit. I found a site that would give me prices from multiple vendors across San Diego county, and from there, I made a reservation with Extra Space. After that, I received a confirmation call from Joy. In discussing my storage needs, we realized what I was wanting to rent would be too small, Over the course of the next 2 hours, Joy helped to find me the ideal unit both in access and size at the same price I originally booked for. She went so far above and beyond my expectations, that I wanted to be sure to pass on my experience. Had there been a competitors price that would have been lower, I would still go with Joy and the excellent customer service she provided. I suggest you save yourself the hassle - just go straight to Joy at Extra Space.

The storage facility was spotessly clean and easily accessible. Mike, the manager, was exceptional. He was super knowledgeable about the size requirements and access we would need. Mike was also very helpful working through a glitch on the online reservation system. He provided absolutely fantastic customer service at every step.
