We've had a storage unit here for 2 years and have no complaints. Mike is super friendly everytime and accommodating whenever its in his power to do so. He really knows how to make you feel like your business is appreciated in such a short interaction. The complex itself is always clean and easy to access. Units are priced well too! 10/10 would recommend.

Tom at Extra Space is very kind and helpful. Highly skilled customer service skills. Try to find your storage needs at Extra Space first... One of the best and much better than many of the other San Diego storage choices.

This place is awesome. Affordably priced and facilities are clean and easily accessible. Mike, who runs the place, is Jonny-on-the-spot with any requests and a super nice guy. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend this biz over any other in the area. Extra Space with the extra customer service!

Renting online was so easy! A quick process and the price is very reasonable. The experience was also really easy to get set up. Tom in the front office showed me exactly where my unit was and how to everything operates at the facility. Would definitely recommend!

We have rented a unit here for a while and while I don't go into the office very often, the service is always top-notch. Mike is great, friendly, and always happy to help you out! The facility itself is clean and secure, not too big and not too small. Thanks again Mike!

One of the best experiences using storage ever! (and I've used a bunch). Mike is just FANTASTIC!! So very friendly, kind, helpful, professional and he goes out of his way to ensure everything is spot on when storing here. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage now, especially this location!! I cannot begin to tell you the extreme great quality that this facility delivers. I have come here more than one occasion and the customer service is the reason why I keep coming back. I was served by Mike and I think it was fate, he’s the most understanding & helpful person I’ve met, no joke ?? During our first call, I didn’t know that the store closes at 6pm yet he kept on explaining & helping me out when it was almost 7! MIKE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PERSON TO WORK WITH. He kept on checking up on my plans & replies to my concerns in no time. Thanks a lot Mike!
