Simply a great experience with the staff. Amanda and the other young Lady sorry I don’t recall your name, but, very friendly yet professional yet down to earth. Clean inside out and throughout the entire property. Courteous and respectful and very very nice people. You don’t see that too much anymore these days but you will there @ Extra Space Storage store # 0779. Thanks for the wonderful experience

Sign up was quick and it was so convenient receiving a gate code right away via the app to enter and start loading. They also include a lock in the unit if you need it, which you can return to the office for a refund if you have one already. The manager greeted me as I exited and he was very helpful in letting me know the hours and how to exit the gate easily. So far so great.

None I did feel safe and secure at the facility. Two things would be nice to add would be additional cards per building as there's only one. Additionally good ventilation being that it gets quite warm on the second floor. Was told the air vent comes on automatically at 80°. However it was quite warm. For safety and security I would recommend hopefully they will add the additional request.
