Joy! Joy! Joy! She brings joy into one's life! ?? Seriously...She's highly professional, empathetic, and knows what she's doing!!! I'm in the process of moving to San Diego from Texas and needed a unit to store some of my belongings and sought out this location because it had the highest ratings out of all the other sites in the vicinity. A decision I will not come to regret! Joy & Mike (onsite manager) are very welcoming and warm people. But still no~nonsense! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed storing my items here. Super easy to set up, Mike was always friendly when I had questions. My rate went up when I was out of town and he handled my questions with care and was able to resolve my issues. Would definitely recommend Mike and this extra space to anyone looking.
